By using Interview Cockpit AI, you agree to these terms. The platform is an interview training tool, not an employer or recruiting service.
Training platform only
Interviews, scores, reports, and achievements are AI-assisted practice simulations designed to help you prepare.
Results are not a hiring decision, official assessment, or guarantee of employment.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access another user’s data without authorization.
You must have the right to upload any CV or content you submit.
Subscriptions and usage
Free and paid plans include monthly interview limits as described on the pricing page.
We may update features or limits and will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by our billing provider (for example Lemon Squeezy).
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available after paid interview credits have been used.

Limitation of liability
Interview Cockpit AI is provided “as is” without warranties that practice will produce a specific interview or job outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
Upon termination, access to stored content may end subject to our Privacy Policy.
