Profile preferences such as country, target industry, and language.
Subscription and billing metadata provided by our payment processor when you subscribe to a paid plan.
CV uploads
When you upload a CV, we store the file and extract skills, experience, and education to personalize your interview.
CV contents are used only to deliver the service to you and are not sold to third parties.
Interview and report data
We store interview setup, questions, answers, scores, and coaching feedback.
Reports and achievements help you track progress in your account. Public achievement certificates may be shared via a verification link if you choose to share them.
Analytics and product usage
We may record product usage events (for example interview completion or system errors) to improve reliability and the product experience.
We do not use your CV content or interview answers for targeted advertising.
Data retention and account deletion
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
To request account and associated data deletion, email support@interviewcockpit.org. We will confirm and process requests within a reasonable time.
Security
We apply application- and database-level access controls and private storage for sensitive files where applicable.
No platform is 100% secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.
