Billing, data, and how scoring works
- What is your refund policy?
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available after paid interview credits have been used. Payments are processed by our billing provider (for example Lemon Squeezy); contact support for help.
- What do interview scores mean?
- Scores are AI coaching feedback from a practice simulation. They help you improve — they are not a hiring decision or official certification of skill.
- How is my CV and interview data handled?
- We use your CV and answers to personalize practice and reports. We do not sell this content for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details and deletion requests.
- Can I invite teammates?
- Paid Professional and higher plans can create a company workspace and invite teammates by email. Billing remains per user in this phase.
- Why do I need to confirm my email?
- Email confirmation protects your account and ensures you receive billing and invite messages. You can resend the confirmation link from the login page if needed.
